I start using MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition to resize and creat the rest of partitions

but every time I would like to create a new partition i got this 'There are no free MBR slots on the disk'
I need to create 3 patitions more.

None of the above will help if you already have 4 primary partitions. And that you can only see in Disk Management because some of the partitions may be hidden.

I suggest you post a good picture of your Disk Management, and then we go from there. You probably have to convert one of the primaries to logical before proceeding. But without a look at Disk Management, we are flying blind.

Well, that is not exactly a snip of Disk Management, but this PW snip will do. It shows that you have only 3 primary partitions which is good. Thus you can make more simple extended/logical partitions in the 400GBs unallocated space.

Just make sure you do not create any additional primary partitions. You can even make the C: partition logical. But that operation will only work with the bootable CD of PW because C: must be inactive during the 'operation'. XP you can also install in a logical partition because the bootmgr is in the small system reserved active partition.

Btw: If you right click on the small boot partition in PW and go to 'Explore', you can see what's in it. You can open the 3 folders by clicking on the little + boxes in front.

Error code 4, error code 40
Sometimes, when you are trying to manage disk partitions, you receive the following error messages after hitting the Apply button:
'Failed to execute the following command:
Error Code: 4
Disk I/O error.'
'Failed to execute the following command:
Error Code: 40
NTFS file system error. Please use 'Check File System' function to fix it first.'
How did this happen? During the process of installing MiniTool Partition Wizard, there is a remote possibility that the related device drivers which are responsible for invoking system information are installed inappropriately.
Now you can do the following operations to remove such errors:
Step 1: Run 'regedit', find the folders 'pwdrvio' & 'pwdspio' under 'Computer > HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Services' and then delete them.
Step 2: Restart your computer.
Step 3: Reboot MiniTool Partition Wizard. During this step, the related device drivers will be reinstalled and work normally. At this time, you can successfully execute the operations you did before.
